Sacred Harvest Retreat | Oct 22–25
📍 Bredsjö Herrgård | 🗓 Thursday–Sunday
October 22–25, 2026
As the forests begin to shift and the air turns crisp, we gather for a weekend of deep rest, reflection, movement, and connection to the season.
Sacred Harvest Retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself through yoga, nature, nourishing food, sauna, meaningful conversation, and simple rituals inspired by autumn in the Swedish countryside.
Harvest season reminds us to pause and take stock of what has grown in our lives, what is ready to be celebrated, and what we may be ready to release before winter arrives. This retreat is not about escaping life, but creating space to breathe, reset, and return home feeling more grounded and clear.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll move through gentle and grounding yoga practices, meditation, breathwork, sauna rituals, forest walks, deep rest, and shared meals made with seasonal ingredients.
We’ll also gather for a seasonal wreath-making workshop using foraged greenery and natural materials inspired by the autumn landscape around us. Together, we’ll create something simple and beautiful to bring home as a reminder of the season.
The retreat also includes a guided forest foraging walk with a local expert, offering a deeper connection to the plants, berries, mushrooms, and traditions of autumn in Bergslagen.
There will be time for stillness, journaling, reading by the fire, cold plunges for those who feel called, and simply enjoying the quiet rhythm of country life.
This retreat is designed to feel warm, personal, and supportive.
What’s Included
3 nights accommodation, single or shared room each with private bathroom & shower
Daily yoga & meditation
Yoga Nidra & deep rest practices
Daily sauna & lake access
Seasonal wreath-making workshop
