1. About Us
Bredsjö Herrgård Retreat is a family-run wellness retreat based in Bredsjö, Sweden, offering accommodation, retreats, movement classes, dining, and nature-based experiences
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of booking (accommodation, retreat, or event).
Unless otherwise stated:
Cancellations made within a specified period (e.g. 7–14 days prior) may be non-refundable.
Earlier cancellations may receive partial refunds or credit.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or operational reasons). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or refund where appropriate.
5. Health & Wellbeing:
Our experiences may include physical activities such as yoga, fitness, cold / heat exposure, and outdoor movement.
By participating, you confirm that:
You are physically and mentally able to take part
You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
We recommend consulting a healthcare professional if unsure.
7. Intellectual Property:
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of Bredsjö Herrgård Retreat and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made via our website, email, or approved booking platforms.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
Prices are listed in SEK (unless otherwise stated) and may change without notice.
Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmation issued.
4. Guest Responsibility:
Respect the property, nature, and other guests
Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions
Supervise children at all times. Use facilities (including sauna, lake, fitness areas) at your own risk.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
6. Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bredsjö Herrgård Retreat is not liable for:
Injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
Loss of personal belongings.
Delays or disruptions outside of our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Swedish law.
