His passion is helping people build strength, move better, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of—whether they're elite athletes or simply looking to feel healthier and more energized.

YOGA TEACHERErika is a certified yoga teacher with a special focus on restorative yoga, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation. Her classes offer a gentle space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, helping you find more balance, resilience, and ease in everyday life.
