Our movement offerings are designed to support both strength and softness – from yoga and guided sessions to outdoor training, running, and time on the trails. Experienced through retreats or standalone sessions open to the local community, each offering is grounded, accessible, and designed to support everyday life.

Surrounded by forest and lake, the experience extends beyond the mat – often unfolding outdoors, shaped by the seasons and the conditions of the day.

Join our weekly donation-based community yoga class at Bredsjö Herrgård, with simple, practical themes you can actually use in daily life.

From stress relief and better sleep to tight hips, restorative yoga, and chair yoga, each class is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and most of all useful — whether you come once or join us regularly. No experience is needed.

Meet your Hosts

Marc

CO-FOUNDER & MOVEMENT & STRENGTH GUIDE

Marc has spent most of his life helping people move, train, and feel better in their bodies. From professional athletes to those rebuilding strength after injury, he has a natural ability to meet people exactly where they are – knowing when to challenge, when to support, and how to make the process feel both effective and enjoyable.

At Bredsjö, Marc leads and facilitates our movement experiences – from weekly sessions to hosted and custom retreats – guiding everything from strength and conditioning to outdoor training and recovery. His approach is practical, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the individual, whether you’re here to rebuild, recharge, or push your limits.

He grew up travelling across Europe in a VW bus with his mother, which perhaps explains his adventurous spirit and his ability to make just about anyone feel at ease. As he moves closer to 60, he continues to learn, evolve, and stay curious (currently teaching himself guitar), nurturing the landscaping around Bredsjö, and proving that strength and growth are lifelong practices.

Erika

CO-FOUNDER, YOGA INSTRUCTOR & EVENT CURATOR

Erika is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, unapologetic Sagittarius, and the kind of person who usually says yes first and figures it out later. She’s endlessly curious, loves a good challenge, and is always learning something new. Despite having two master’s degrees, she still tends to trust lived experience over theory, very much a “live first, think second” kind of person.

She’s been practicing yoga for over 20 years and in 2025 became a certified teacher, which feels a little like stepping in to who she’s been all along. These days, she’s learning to embrace a calmer, more grounded way of living... most of the time. She’s trained in holistic nutrition and that now shapes how she cooks, teaches, and lives, creating a life that feels good, not just one that looks good online.
