A weekly donation-based community yoga class at Bredsjö Herrgård, with simple, practical themes you can actually use in daily life.
From stress relief and better sleep to tight hips, restorative yoga, and chair yoga, each class is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and most of all useful — whether you come once or join us regularly. No experience needed.
