Join Sandra Donovan and Erika McKellar for a 4-day spring retreat in the forests of Bergslagen. A long weekend of movement, expansion and connection.

This retreat is built around the lower chakras, starting from the root, and using it as our foundation for deeper self awareness. From there we move upward through the sacral and solar plexus chakras, gradually opening into the heart.

Mornings will begin with strong, intelligent yoga in the beautiful yoga shala at Bredsjö Herrgård, designed to build strength, focus, and trust in yourself. The practice will reflect the chakra of the day and sets the tone for what follows.

Outside the shala, the pace softens without losing depth. Forest walks. Time around the fire. Candle making with intention. Long sessions in the lakeside sauna. Hearty farm-to-table vegetarian cuisine.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer sense of what grounds you and what helps you expand

  • A felt understanding of how the chakras show up in your body and daily life

  • Strength and confidence from a challenging, well-structured yoga practice
