Our yoga offerings are designed to support both strength and softness – experienced through retreats or standalone sessions open to the local community. Each session is grounded, accessible, and designed to support everyday life.

Surrounded by forest and lake, the experience extends beyond the mat, often unfolding outdoors when conditions allow.

Join our weekly donation-based community yoga class at Bredsjö Herrgård, with simple, practical themes you can actually use in daily life.

From stress relief and better sleep to tight hips, restorative yoga, and chair yoga, each class is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and most of all useful — whether you come once or join us regularly. No experience is needed.
