Partner Fitness, Yoga & Sport Retreat | Sep 3-6

Join Anna Trane, Marc McKellar, and Erika McKellar for a 4-day partner-based fitness and movement retreat in the forests and lakes of Bergslagen—a long weekend of play, challenge, connection, and shared accomplishment.
This retreat is built around moving together. Whether you come with a partner, best friend, sibling, parent, teen (15+), or training buddy, the focus is on teamwork, communication, and mutual support across disciplines. You’ll train side by side, switch roles, and discover how shared effort builds trust, resilience, and confidence, on the mat, on the trail, and in the water.
Mornings begin with grounding, athletic yoga sessions in the beautiful shala at Bredsjö Herrgård, designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and recovery for an active body. The practices support the physical demands of the day while sharpening focus and body awareness.
Beyond yoga, days unfold outdoors with hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, and circuit training, all scaled to meet mixed abilities while still offering real challenge and progression. Expect movement that is functional, playful, and energizing, balanced with time to rest, refuel, and connect. Hearty, nourishing meals, time by the lake, and daily sauna sessions support recovery and integration.
The retreat culminates on Sunday morning (8:00–11:00) with a mini multi-sport team partner relay race, bringing together everything you’ve practiced—followed by a relaxed BBQ celebration.
This is a small group retreat for only 8 pairs, 16 people total. This will allow us as leaders to offer personal guidance, strong group cohesion, and a memorable shared experience you’ll carry home long after the weekend ends.
The price listed is the PER PERSON price including a shared double room for you and your partner, all meals and activities. Mountain bike rentals can be arranged with our partners in Hjulsjö for an extra fee, or you can bring your own.
