Valentine’s Day Yoga & Fika

Valentine’s Day is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect — with yourself and with what matters most.

Join Erika McKellar, certified yoga teacher, for a calm and grounding afternoon on February 14th, 15:00–17:00. We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice with a soft heart focus, moving into restorative poses to support relaxation and presence.

After the practice, you’ll be guided through a short reflection and intention-setting exercise centered on care, balance, and connection.

We’ll then close with a cozy Valentine’s fika, featuring baked treats, nourishing snacks, coffee, and tea, enjoyed in a warm, relaxed setting.
